This agreement is entered upon between the client submitting payment with Wynn Media LLC (Coach) effective on the date of the first initial payment made.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

2. Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider.

3. Coaching may address specific personal struggles, business issues, or general conditions in the client's life or business. Other coaching services include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operation in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action. Additionally, the client may be asked to reflect on difficult topics or situations which may result in an expression of emotions.

4. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client understands that successful coaching requires a co-active collaborative approach between client and coach. In the coaching relationship, the coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change.

5. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate this with the coach as soon as possible and the coaching strategy will be restructured to address the client’s desired outcome of coaching. You are very much encouraged to talk more with the coach to receive a better understanding of what coaching is about and how to get the most out of it.

6. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

7. Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.



SERVICES

This agreement, between Wynn Media LLC and the client, will begin on date the initial payment is received and will continue for twelve months from date of agreement.

This is a group coaching membership that includes all group coaching programs and masterclasses presented by through Wynn Media LLC. The client will also have access to a Facebook group for additional support.


SCHEDULE AND FEES

Client agrees to pay Wynn Media LLC $2,555 or alternatively may choose a payment plan of $222 per month for twelve months.

There will be a $30 late payment fee added to the client's monthly payments if the payment is more than 10 days late.

All payments are non-refundable and all payments must be made regardless of the amount of times the Client uses the services available to them during the span of the Coaching Agreement. No early termination of the contract is allowed.

If a client defaults on payments or does not complete the payments as outline in the agree, they must pay the regular "non-member" cost of the programs and masterclasses that they have already received access to.


CONFIDENTIALITY

All information about the coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; ie. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information.

If you wish for me as your coach to speak to someone outside our interactions, you need to give me written permission (original letter, fax or email) to do so. Exceptions to confidentiality of course relate to circumstances such as intent to seriously harm someone, child abuse, thoughts of suicide etc. Otherwise, all remaining information is kept confidential.

It is also important to note that in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology in that for some clients, there is a risk in using certain media such as social media and cell phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you.
